Cognis reads PLM/PDM systems, simulation tools, test archives, and document stores through connectors — Teamcenter, Windchill, ANSYS, COMSOL, SharePoint, and custom systems via API. Data is mapped in place; nothing is migrated.
02Does it replace our existing tools?+
No. Cognis is the harness on top: your teams keep their solvers, PLM, and document systems. Cognis connects them, runs agents across them, and keeps the reasoning layer that none of them capture.
03How do we know agent answers are right?+
Every claim carries a citation back to the source artifact — the test report, simulation run, or captured decision behind it. Answers are grounded in retrieval over your own data, and anything without a source is flagged as such. Engineers verify with one click instead of taking output on faith.
04Can it run in classified or air-gapped environments?+
